That is a really great link. The lines between the meanings of affordance, perceived affordance and signifier can be blurry in interpretation and I regularly see each called the other, and I thought I'd nailed it... apparently not ... I should have gone back to the source and I'm going to read up on J. J. Gibson.

It's never too late the have a good rethink about everything ;)
